6. Power back up charges @ Rs. 25000/- per kw (Optional)

7. Cheque/Draft to be issued in favor of “Chandra Modern Builders India Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Lucknow.

8. RTGS Details: HDFC Bank LTD, A/c No.- 00782320005837, IFSC Code- HDFC0000078, Branch- Hazratganj, Lucknow (UP).

9. Prices are subject to revision as decided by the company from time to time.

10. Price is subject to revision without prior notice and price ruling on the date of allotment and accepted by the Company shall be applicable.

11. The registration charges, legal/documentation fee is in addition to the aforesaid price (payable at the time of offer of possession)
